Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Lunavia. We want you to love your new sleepwear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Have all original tags attached and intact
  • Be free from stains, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, and odors (including perfume, smoke, etc.)
  • Be in its original packaging where possible
  • Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear or misuse, or that are returned without tags, will not be accepted.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide:

  • The return shipping instructions, and
  • The return address you should send your package to:

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
Contact us immediately at support@lunaviawellness.com or (248) 388-9146 if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged, or
  • You received the wrong item

We’ll review the issue and do our best to make it right, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the situation and stock availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that are worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Final-sale / clearance items (if marked as non-returnable at checkout)
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please reach out before sending anything back.

6. Exchanges

If you’d like a different size, color, or style, the fastest way to get what you want is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item
  2. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you prefer

This helps ensure that your desired item doesn’t go out of stock while your return is in transit.

7. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will:

  1. Inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria
  2. Notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at support@lunaviawellness.com or (248) 388-9146 so we can assist you.
